These shapes to me resemble a nativity scene. The formations growing upwards are called stalamites and the formations growing downward are stalagtites.


These are shapes which resemble "ghosts" on you left and the shape of a "skeleton" on your right. These are called stalactites and a mixture of stone and water over time creates these wonderful limestone creations.

This is called "The Brain". The black color is from people touching the rock.
